COVID-19 PATIENT INFORMATION
We are constantly committed to providing the highest standards of safety in our clinic.
Here is a detailed list of the additional precautions that we are taking during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will update these procedures as necessary to ensure the health and safety of patients and staff.
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT:
• To book your appointment, please call the clinic at 416.368.4858 or email us at info@downtowncore.ca You will not be permitted to enter the clinic without an appointment.
• All patients will be required to review the COVID Screening Questionnaire, providing confirmation over the phone or by email in advance of their appointment. Click here to access it.
• Appointment times will be staggered in order to maintain physical distancing protocols in the reception area. Additional time between appointments is being scheduled in order to thoroughly sanitize the treatment rooms after each visit.
AT YOUR APPOINTMENT:
• You must wear a mask in order to enter the clinic. The mask must cover your nose and your mouth and be worn the entire time you are in the clinic, including throughout your treatment.
• Please limit the number of personal items that you bring to the clinic to a minimum.
• Once you arrive at the clinic, please sanitize your hands and a chiropractor will come out to guide you to a treatment room.
• Payments by cash and cheque will not be accepted at this time. Your receipt will be emailed to you upon payment.
INCREASED SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
• Practitioners will be wearing masks and and regularly washing/sanitizing their hands throughout and between all treatments.
• We will continue to use medical grade sanitizer after each patient treatment.
Downtown Core Chiropractic Centre reserves the right to update these protocols at any time in order to protect the health and safety of our staff, our patients and the chiropractors.
