Dr. Roberta Da Re has over 25 years of experience as a chiropractor, successfully treating a wide variety of patients. She graduated Summa Cum Laude, with Clinic Honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) and completed the McMaster University Medical Acupuncture program. She enjoys challenging cases and uses evidence-based treatments combining a variety of techniques to create effective and customized treatment strategies for her patients.

Roberta has received several awards including the Chiropractic Foundation for Spinal Research Award for her work on the physical rehabilitation of low back pain. She also regularly evaluates the abilities of future chiropractors, acting as an examiner for the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board's licensing examinations.

Upon graduation she moved to Italy where she operated her own clinic for 8 years before returning to practice in Canada.  Although office related work and postural stress is common amongst many of her patients, working close to the Italian Alps afforded her the opportunity to treat patients with a wide variety of sports related injuries. • McMaster University Medical Acupuncture

• Chiropractic Spinal Rehabilitation

• Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization

Roberta approaches each patient thoughtfully and with a professional manner, believing a personalized treatment plan is essential for optimum recovery. She uses evidence based treatments which may include gentle joint manipulation, mobilizations, a variety of soft tissue techniques, athletic taping, and contemporary acupuncture to help her patients achieve their functional and healthcare goals naturally. Home care, exercise, postural and ergonomic advice are also provided so patients may take an active role in their own health. Dr. Da Re strives to meet the individual needs of her patients and works towards improving their health as quickly as possible.

Roberta is licensed by the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and is a member in good standing of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, the Ontario Chiropractic Association and the Acupuncture Council of Ontario.

When not treating patients she remains very active in a wide variety of sports including swimming, cycling, snowboarding, skiing, rock climbing and yoga which gives her a unique perspective on the treatment of sports injuries.
